In societies crime occurrence is undeniable, the legislature imposes penalties encountering with crimes in order to secure society through legal action. The legislator makes extensive use of jurisprudence and law for this purpose. It should be noted that there are dissimilarities between men and women in committing a crime; Women commit less crime than men, the type and purpose of the crime committed is also different. According to jurisprudential documents and principles, the punishment of Tash-hir has been considered for some crimes as the main or complementary punishment. Applying punishment as a deterrent, along with not violating the rights of offenders, bring many difficulties. The difficulty is the time Tash-hir links to women’s crime, because sensitivities are more about women than men. The purpose of this study is to examine the "media representation of female offenders" based on the views of the leadership. Accordingly, the question that arises here is; whether the expropriation of women is based on the view of jurisprudence and especially absolute leadership? The author concludes that most jurists, as well as the leadership, place restrictions on the need to expose women. It is worth mentioning that this research has been done by library research method.
